As a social media influencer, I was very frustrated with the results I was getting after all the time, energy and effort I was putting into my business. My followers were increasing but I couldn’t get people to purchase my offer.

"It's hard to put into words how the past 12 weeks of coaching has transformed and changed my life. Honestly, it's tough to put into words but I'll give it my best shot. It was one of the best things I have done for not only my business but my personal life as well. "I tell everyone I know they need to take this class. It literally changed me. You know secretly I had this dream of being a Division 1 Softball Umpire. I didn't see anyway to make that happen, but then I as I started writing my vision and focusing in on what was in my control I started to make progress. I signed up for local games at the community level, moved up to the high school level. Started to research how to get some college games under my belt. Last year I was able to do a few games at BYU, UVU, Utah State etc. I kept being told that to get to Division 1 I had to get noticed by at least 2 of the 5 individuals who make those contracts. I was never in a position to be around them and how I would get in front of them was a loss. I kept working on the vision, doing my writing, and working with what was in my control. One day I heard about a major tournament in Arizona. I thought it sounded fun so I went down there and worked as an umpire for several days. On the last day you'll never believe who came and talked to me--2 of those 5 key people. They were impressed with my work and have offered me some games in the Big 12 to get started. I now have a full contract of games for the fall and the spring and I'll have the chance of getting more games possibly in the WAC as well. You were right. The HOW is none of your business. All I had to do was own my dream, give it a voice, take daily action and get out of the way of success. I put in the work. I did the steps, and I can't believe in one year I went from never umpiring a game to getting Division 1 contracts. I am no longer sitting on the sidelines of my life."
